Description
Ince-in-Makerfield born winger Tom Eatock signed for Wigan Borough in August 1921 making his Football League debut at Hartlepools that December. During his two seasons at Wigan he only made 11 appearances, scoring twice, but it was enough to convince First Division Bolton Wanderers to sign him in April 1923. He made his debut for Bolton in November 1924 against Arsenal playing 10 matches that season and scoring at Blackburn Rovers but the following season he only played once more, against West Bromwich Albion in October 1925, which proved his final appearance in professional football.
