Perkins Edward Image 1 West Bromwich Albion 1905

Description
Astwood Bank, Worcestershire born winger Edward Perkins played for local junior club Astwood Bank in 1903 and joined Worcester City in 1904. He signed for Second Division West Bromwich Albion in the 1905 close season making his Football League debut against Burnley that September, scoring once in 20 appearances as Albion finished 4th in the League standings. In 1906-07 he made a further 14 appearances as The Baggies again finished 4th, but at the end of the season he rejoined Worcester City, later playing for Redditch Town in 1908.
