Description
Prestonpans, East Lothian born left half Crawford Letham began his football career playing junior football with Newtongrange Star in 1919 and Dalkeith Thistle in 1920 before joining Dundee in 1922. While at Dens Park he had a loan spell at Cowdenbeath in 1923, and eventually joined Hamilton Academical in 1926. He moved south to join Third Division (North) club Barrow in 1927, making his Football League debut against Wrexham that September and scoring once in 32 appearances during his single season stay in English football. He returned to Scotland in 1928 to join Montrose, where he remained until retirement.
