Description

Larbert, Stirlingshire born wing half John “Jock” Hutcheson played junior football for Preston Athletic in 1926 before joining Falkirk in 1927, spending 7 years at Brockville Park before moving south to join First Division Chelsea in March 1934. He made his Football League debut at Birmingham the following month and scored his only Chelsea goal in April 1935 in a 4-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
