Description
Goalkeeper Albert Harding had the briefest of careers as a professional footballer. He began his career with Nantwich after the First World War and joined Crewe Alexandra in 1921, he was understudy to Richard Scott, making his Football League debut, and only first team appearance, against Grimsby Town at Gresty Roal in April 1922 in a 2-1 home defeat.
