Manchester born inside left Albert Rogers played for London amateur clubs West Norwood and Southall before joining Queen’s Park Rangers in 1928, making his Football League debut against Coventry City in December 1928, scoring twice in a 3-1 victory at Loftus Road. He scored 4 goals in 11 appearances through to February 1929 that season and played one more match for QPR at Bristol Rovers in December 1929 before finishing with professional football.
