Walthamstow born centre half Albert Page began his career at Leyton and Colchester Town in 1935. In 1936 Page joined Second Division Tottenham Hotspur, making his Football League debut against Newcastle United in January 1937.
His career was badly interrupted by the Second World War, during which he played wartime league football at a variety of different clubs including Leyton Orient, Colchester United and Gillingham.
After the War he only made one further appearance for Spurs in an FA Cup tie against Brentford in January 1946. Page made 57 appearances in all competitions for The Lilywhites. After leaving White Hart Lane he joined Colchester United in 1947 before ending his career at non league Chingford Town in 1948.
