Reginald Clement was an inside forward who played for Tottenham Hotspur from 1895 to 1897 playing in 9 FA Cup ties in addition to Southern League appearances. He scored the first hat-trick in an FA Cup tie for Tottenham in a match against Old St. Stephen’s in December 1896. Full biography to follow.
His son Archie Clement, born in Grays, Kent, played as a right back for Millwall, Watford, New Brighton and Southport in the late 1920’s and early/mid 1930’s.
